Doxycycline is a molecule of the cyclin family that works as an antibiotic by slowing the growth of bacteria in the body. Accutane must not be used by female patients who are or may become pregnant. Potentially any fetus exposed during pregnancy can be affected. There are no accurate means of determining whether an exposed fetus has been affected.
Rimonabant (also known as SR141716; trade names Acomplia, Bethin, Monaslim, Remonabent, Riobant, Slimona, Rimoslim, Zimulti, and Riomont) is an anorectic antiobesity drug. It is an inverse agonist for the cannabinoid receptor CB1. Its main effect is reduction in appetite. Rimonabant was the first selective CB1 receptor blocker to be approved for use anywhere in the world.
